Marianne Staubach

Marianne Staubach grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio but has called Dallas home for 45 years. She is married to Roger Staubach and they have 5 children, 15 grandchildren and one great grandson. She served on the Visiting Nurse Association Board and currently volunteers as a Meals on Wheels driver.

Marianne is currently on the Board of Advisors of the Jesuit College Preparatory School and the Catholic Foundation Board of Advisors.

Marianne has been a member of the Catholic Foundation Board 1996-2004 and other volunteer positions have included: Chair of Ursuline Academy of Dallas’ Mardi Gras; Chair of Jesuit Celebration Auction; St. Rita School Board Member; Board Member of the Bishop’s Educational Trust Fund; Ursuline Academy Parents’ Board Member and School Board Member of St. Paul the Apostle School.

Responsibilities

Roger T. Staubach is Executive Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, a firm specializing in real estate. Roger’s role is focusing on client relationships, new business development and strategy. The firm offers integrated services delivered by expert teams worldwide to clients seeking increased value by owning, occupying or investing in real estate.

Education and Affiliations

A 1965 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a bachelor of science in engineering, Roger served four years as a Navy officer. After the Navy he joined the Dallas Cowboys professional football team and launched his real estate career while playing football.

Roger serves on the board of directors of Jones Lang LaSalle. He continues to be involved with The Children’s Cancer Fund, the United States Naval Academy Foundation and numerous other civic, charitable, and professional organizations.

Honors and Awards

Among the many honors bestowed upon Roger are Commercial Property News’ “Corporate Services Executive of the Year” (four times), the 2006 Congressional Medal of Honor “Patriot Award,” the NCAA “Teddy Roosevelt Award” for being one of the “100 Most Influential NCAA Student-Athletes,” the American Jewish Congress “Torch of Conscience Award,” and the United States Naval Academy “Distinguished Graduate.” In 2007 he was presented the “Horatio Alger Award” and inducted as a lifelong member by the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans
